ROMY-Con Discord closed for 2025

The ROMY-Con Official Discord Server will be activated during the event to allow ROMY-Nation to unite, network, and discuss our favorites under one digital roof. There will also be special content posted in the Discord for you to view and participate in- including a fanwork contest, a raffle featuring awesome prizes, digital "badge ribbon" collection, games, and Q & A's by special guests.
You do not need to join the server to view Artist Alley or the Cosplay Contest. Only the interactive content and interviews.
The ROMY-Con server is invite-only, and users must sign up for access prior to the event. In an effort to deter potential problems and promote safe and family-friendly interactions, users must provide their name and a valid email address where they would like their invite code sent to.*
Invite codes will be sent to the email on file one week prior to the start of the event, at which point the server will open for access. The server will close 3 days after the conclusion of events to allow enough time for users to make connections with other ROMY fans!
Announcements will be made on social media (at @romy.con.official) when the application is open, and once again prior to the discord links being sent as a reminder to check your emails. If you are an artist or cosplayer who is featured in the event, please indicate so in the application for special permissions (artists and cosplayers will be verified using the entrant lists, please use same email from your application).

*Attendees and entrants are encouraged to behave on the server like they would at a real convention. Those who choose to join the discord must respect common sense rules for public behavior, personal interaction, common courtesy, and respect for private/intellectual property. Harassing or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Content stealing or sharing of images/art without permission outside of the server is not tolerated. Users who violate these rules may be kicked from the server and not allowed to participate in future events.
